Mt Ramelau
Key information: Mt Ramelau
- This is a one day walk from a base village. About 2-3 hours up, 2 down. The highest point in East Timor.
- It can also be walked from lower down in two days, to get more feel for the landscape and with luck some acclimatization.
- This is a demanding walk in high, remote mountains, where altitude can cause problems. Come prepared.
