WALK SUMMARY
A 2-day, mainly forest trek to this lovely lake in the north-west of Uttaranchal, near Uttarkashi.
Remote, unspoilt forest landscape leading to meadows, forests and fine views around beautiful Dodi Tal. A justly famous trek.
You can continue over the Darwa Pass (at 4,150m) to Hanuman Chatti, for a very different above-tree line experience in 4 days or on to Bandarpunch Base Camp to join part of the Chota Dam [link] trek.
High walking in remote mountains. Come fully prepared.
